This policy explains how Bridging The Gap Venture LLC (BTG) handles personal data when you visit this website or write to us. BTG is registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and is responsible for the personal data described here.

 

What we collect

 

When you write to us. If you email us or send the contact form on our Contact page, we receive your name, your email address, your organization if you give it, and your message, together with anything else you choose to include, such as your role and the problem or decision you want to discuss.

 

The contact form. The contact form is provided by Wix.com, which stores what you send and forwards it to us by email. To protect the form from spam, Wix uses Google reCAPTCHA, which checks whether the form is being used by a person; Google's privacy policy and terms apply to that check.

 

When you visit the website. This website is hosted on Wix.com. Like most websites, it records technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you visit. It uses cookies that it needs to work and to stay secure, and it may collect aggregated statistics about how it is used. The website has no accounts or newsletter sign-ups. Its only form is the contact form on the Contact page.

 

How we use it

 

We use the information in your messages and form submissions to reply to you, to discuss and prepare the work you ask us about, and to keep a record of our business conversations. We use technical information to run the website, to keep it secure, and to understand how it is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

 

Who we share it with

 

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run our work: Wix.com, which hosts this website and its contact form; Google, which provides the form's spam protection; and Microsoft, which hosts our email. These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

 

How long we keep it

 

We keep your messages and form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our discussions and of any work that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless we must keep them for legal or contractual reasons.

 

Your choices and rights

Children

 

This website is meant for organizations, including schools and universities, and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it; schools that work with us arrange any student involvement directly with us.
