Bridging The Gap Venture LLC (BTG) solves the critical challenges of enterprises, educational institutes, and small and medium businesses (SMBs) through its tailored solutions — frontier products, specialized services, and AI capability building.
Methodology
We diagnose, design, deliver and sustain our solutions with the philosophy of the Toyota Production System (TPS), i.e., automate with a human touch; make only what is needed, when it is needed, and in the amount needed; and fulfill orders from clients as soon as possible while not exceeding the allocated resources.
During the diagnosis phase, we understand the problem by observing the existing process — workflows, human involvement and technologies. In other words, rather than starting with our product or service, we diagnose the problem in terms of its waste, inconsistencies, and unreasonable requirements.
Later, we design the solution by considering the available resources — human, technology and capital — and constraints, so as to avoid any waste, such as underutilization of existing resources or purchase of any unnecessary tools or services.
Finally, we develop and deliver the solution within the predefined time and resources. Depending on the type of engagement, we either manage the solution or build the client’s capability by transferring the knowledge of the solution.
Industry-specific solutions
For enterprises, we offer solutions in the form of iDelta360, a Decision Intelligence system; services across different fields, such as marketing, inventory management, sales and e-commerce; and AI capability building for leadership teams. Through our solutions, we improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the decision-making process and workflows, and save man-hours. We do this by eliminating data silos, redundant workflows, and repetitive manual effort.
For educational institutes, we offer solutions in the form of iLyceum16, a Local Capability Centre (LCC) for universities, and iAcademy12, an adaptive, personalized agentic AI system for high schools; applied research; and AI capability building for students, teachers, faculties and administrative staff. Through our solutions, we aim to upskill students, teachers, faculties and administrative staff and improve their day-to-day lives by transforming the educational institute — reducing the waste, inconsistencies, and unreasonable requirements of siloed institutional departments, student clubs, and programs.
For SMBs, we offer solutions in the form of iPhi365, a self-learning agentic AI system designed around the business ontology, internal knowledge base (including data) and the web; services such as forward deployed engineering, marketing, and quality engineering; and AI capability building for owners and CXOs. Through our solutions, we aim to reduce the burden on a few skilled employees and the dependency on external vendors, and to help the business apply AI without building an AI team of its own.
Research
In addition to solving industrial problems, we collaborate with researchers and students through BTG Labs in two major areas of AI. Firstly, we work in the field of harness engineering, i.e., memory architecture, tool orchestration, guardrails and evaluation. Secondly, we work in the field of AI model adaptation for edge AI, i.e., model optimization using techniques such as quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
